Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy:
Advance payment is required to hold your spot in a class or private lesson. It’s like buying a ticket to a concert; when you reserve a seat, that seat is held for you and only you. Please be sure you have checked your calendar and are certain you are available before committing to a class.
Due to an increase in processing fees, we will no longer issue a refund once you have registered for your class. However, you can reschedule and receive a class credit up to 72 hours before the class. The same applies to private lessons. Class credits can be used for any class of the same price, not just the class your registered for initially.
If you need to reschedule in less than 72 hours, we will only provide a class credit if we can find another person to fill your spot. We will also charge a $5 rescheduling fee. We know this is a bummer, but it is a policy that keeps us from having to inflate enrollment, enabling us to keep class sizes small so that all students receive personal attention and quality instruction.
